TRULY Citrus Squeeze Sorbet
NOTE: If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, run the RE-SPIN program to process the mixture a little more if not adding mix-ins.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 can (approx. 15 ounces) mandarin oranges in syrup, drained, syrup discarded
- 3/4 cup TRULY Citrus Squeeze Seltzer

Step 1
Pour mandarin oranges into an empty CREAMi™ pint up to the MAX FILL line. Pour 3/4 cup seltzer over mandarin oranges up to the MAX FILL line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours. While sorbet freezes, enjoy the remaining seltzer in the open can.

Step 2
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select SORBET.

When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and scoop into a bowl.
