- 2 cups water, for steaming
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 slices precooked bacon, chopped
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired

Step 1
Pour 2 cups water into the pot. Spray the bottom of the Ninja Loaf Pan (or 8″ round baking pan or 8 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ x 3″ loaf pan) with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, add the eggs and milk. Whisk until combined. Add the cheese, bacon, tater tots, salt, and pepper and toss, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.

Place the pan on the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot.

Step 4
Close the lid and move slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & BAKE, set temperature to 345°F, and time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx. 20 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).

When cooking is complete, carefully remove the rack with the pan. Allow pie to cool and set for 20 minutes before serving.
