Steak Fajita Salad
Flavorful roasted veggies, perfectly cooked steak, and earthy avocado combine with our Cilantro Lime Dressing for a nutrient-dense, keto-friendly meal. Light enough for lunch, yet filling enough to carry you through the day.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
Level 1 (Bottom of Pot)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 white onion, sliced
Level 2 (Crisper Tray)
- 2 petite sirloin steaks, 6-8 ounces each
- Salad greens of your choice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Primal Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing, for serving
- Grilled corn, optional

Step 1
Add the sliced peppers and onions to the bottom of the unit.

Pull out the legs on the Crisper Tray, then place the tray in the elevated position in the pot. Place the sirloin steaks on top of the tray.

Step 3
Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch™ to RAPID COOKER. Select SPEEDI MEALS, set temperature to 400°F, and set time for 8 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for approx. 10 minutes before crisping).

When cooking is complete, use silicone-tipped tongs to grab the center handle and remove the tray from the unit. Rest the steaks for 2 minutes before slicing.

Arrange salad greens on a plate, and add the sliced steak on top.

Add fajita veggies, sliced avocado and a drizzle of Primal Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing. Top with grilled corn, if desired. Enjoy!
