Spiked Watermelon Mint Sorbet Float

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup TRULY Watermelon Lemonade Hard Seltzer, plus remaining set aside

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on HIGH for about one minute or until smooth.

Pour into an empty CREAMi™ pint up to the MAX FILL line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select SORBET.

When processing is complete, place pint in freezer until ready to use.

Add ice to a glass and pour in half a can of TRULY Watermelon Lemonade Hard Seltzer.

Top with a scoop of sorbet. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
