Truly Wildberry Sorbet
Farmers market delight!
Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 450g fresh strawberries, stems removed
- 144g fresh blackberries
- 50g granulated sugar
- 80ml TRULY Wildberry
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup TRULY Wildberry
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour mixture into an empty CREAMi™ Pint up to the MAX FILL line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.
