Step 1
Combinewater, Alfredo sauce, and penne pasta in the CombiCooker Panthen slide the pan into Level 1.
Step 2
Place Italian breadon a 12-inch piece of aluminum foil.Spread 1/2 tablespoon of oil on the exposed side of the bread, then season each piece with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Wrap the foil over the top of the bread slices to seal, and place packet on one side of the Bake Tray.
Step 3
Place the chicken cutlets on the Bake Tray next to the foil packet. Slide the tray into Level 2.
Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. SelectCOMBI MEALS set temperature to 390°F and set time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP and begin cooking (the unit will steam for 10 minutes).
Step 5
When the countdown timer has 5 minutes remaining, open door and remove Bake Tray. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top of chicken cutlets. Slide the tray back into Level 2 and close the door to continue cooking.
Step 6
When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Add pesto and peas in the Combi Cooker Pan with the pasta, then stir to combine.
