Level 1 (Combi Cooker Pan)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, peeled, diced
  • 2 jars (15 ounces each) tikka masala simmer sauce
  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • 1/4 cup whole milk yogurt

Level 2 (Bake Tray)

  • 1 bag (10 ounces) fresh cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 (50g each) mini Naan

TO SERVE:

  • Fresh cilantro
  • Whole milk yogurt
  • Basmati rice (optional)

  • Step 1

    Slide the Combi Cooker Pan into Level 1. With the door open, flip the SmartSwitch to AIRFRY/STOVETOP. Select SEAR/SAUTE and set temperature to HI. Press START/STOP and let pan preheat in unit for 2 minutes.

  • Step 2

    After 2 minutes, using an oven mitt, carefully remove the pan and add 2 tablespoons olive oil to evenly cover the bottom of the pan. Add onion and return pan to bottom level, and with the door open, sauté onion for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3

    After 5 minutes, press START/STOP to turn off unit. remove pan and add simmer sauce and chickpeas, stir until evenly until combined. Return pan to Level 1.

  • Step 4

    In a medium sized bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, cumin, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place cauliflower onto one side of the bake tray, and slide bake tray into Level 2.

  • Step 5

    Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS set temperature to 375F °F and set time to 10 minutes. Press START/STOP and begin cooking (the unit will steam for 7 minutes).

  • Step 6

    In a small bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, and cilantro. Brush both sides of naan with butter mixture, set aside.

  • Step 7

    When 5 minutes remain on time, open door and place naan on the bake tray, close door to continue cooking.

  • Step 8

    When cooking is complete, remove Combi Cooker Pan and Bake Tray. Stir yogurt into chickpea tikka masala, serve with cauliflower and naan. Garnish with additional yogurt and fresh cilantro or serve with rice if desired.
