Step 1
Add Crisper Tray to the Combi CookerPan and set aside.
Step 2
Close the door of the unit and flip the SmartSwitch to AIRFRY/STOVETOP. Select AirFry, set temperature to 425°F, and set time to 14 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (unit will need to preheat for 5 minutes, so set an external timer if desired).
Step 3
While the unit is preheating, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
Step 4
When the unit timer reads 14minutes, slidethe Combi CookerPan to Level 1 and close the door.
Step 5
When 7 minutes remain on the time, open the door and using an oven mitt, remove the pan and toss the cauliflower in the pan a few times by tossing the pan a few times up and down and side to side.
Step 6
Slide the pan back to Level 1, close the door and continue cooking.
Step 7
When cooking is complete,remove pan from unit.Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
