For the Burgers
- 1 1/2 pounds uncooked ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon Bell’s Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon egg white powder
- 4 sesame seed buns
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Toppings
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 package (6oz) Bell's Traditional Stuffing, cooked, warmed
- 1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce, sliced or scooped

Step 1
Insert grill grate in unit and close hood. Select GRILL, set temperature to MEDIUM, and set time to 12 minutes. Select START/STOP to being preheating.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, seasoning, salt, and egg white powder.

Divide the mixture into 4 portions and form patties about 3/4 inch thick.

Brush the cut sides of the burger buns with the melted butter. When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, place buns on the grill grate. Close hood and grill for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Place the patties on the grill grate and close the hood. After 6 minutes, use silicone-tipped tongs to flip the burgers.

After 4 more minutes, check the internal temperature of the burgers using an instant-read thermometer to ensure they have reached 165°F. Remove from the grill and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, toss the mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and romaine lettuce to combine.

To assemble the burgers, spoon the stuffing onto the bottom half of each bun. Place a burger on top of the stuffing, spoon the cranberry sauce on top of the burger, and top with the lettuce mixture. Place bun on top and serve.
