Truly Boozy Peach Lemon Tea Sorbet

  • 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) peaches in heavy syrup, drained, syrup set aside
  • 1/4 cup syrup from peaches
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup TRULY Lemon Tea

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Pour peaches into an empty CREAMi™ Pint up to the MAX FILL line. Pour syrup, lemon juice, and lemon tea over peaches up to the MAX FILL line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 2

    Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 3

    Select SORBET.

  • Step 4

    When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.
