TIP: If a less sweet sorbet is desired, omit the granulated sugar
Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 174g pomegranate seeds
- 200g strawberries, stems removed
- 80ml water
- 66g granulated sugar
- 180ml TRULY Pomegranate Ginger Fizz Hard Seltzer
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 cups strawberries, stems removed
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup TRULY Pomegranate Ginger Fizz Hard Seltzer
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
Strain base through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds and pour into an empty CREAMi™ pint up to the MAX FILL line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.
