Ghost Pizza
This spooky ghost shaped pizza is the perfect fall treat for your Halloween celebrations!

TIP: To make individual pizzas, divide the dough in half and make two ghost pizzas.

- 12 ounces pre-made raw pizza dough, room temperature
- ¼ cup premade Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
- Sliced black olives (optional)

Step 1
Install the Accessory Frame in the bottom level of the unit, then place the Pizza Stone on top. Turn left-hand dial to select PIZZA, then use the right-hand dial to select NY STYLE. Set time for 8 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10 minutes).

On a lightly floured work surface, stretch and toss dough by hand into a 12-inch circle about 1/8-inch thick. Using a pizza cutter, make two cuts at the top of the dough to create a ghost shape. Pull the bottom of the dough into a pointed tip as the bottom of the ghost.

Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch edge for the crust. Then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and mozzarella pearls. Add two sliced black olives as the eyes.

When unit is preheated and ADD FOOD and PRS STRT is displayed, open door, slide a floured Pizza Peel under the pizza and transfer to the hot stone. Close door, select START/STOP, and cook for up to 10 minutes. If more time is necessary or a darker pizza is desired, increase the time using the right-hand dial.

When cooking is complete, open door and remove pizza using the peel. Let rest for 5 minutes cutting and serving.
