This brain-boosting smoothie features spinach or kale (for vitamin K, folate, lutein, and beta carotene), beets (nitrate for enhanced blood flow), flaxseed (for omega 3s), almond milk (for vitamin E)

Ingredients

  • ½–¾ cup baby spinach or baby kale leaves
  • ⅓ cup finely shredded raw beet
  • ½ cup unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ small frozen banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup Wyman’s Frozen Wild Blueberries

Method

  • Step 1

    Install stacked blade in the 72-oz Power Pitcher.  

  • Step 2

    Add ingredients to pitcher in the order listed, then install the lid. 

  • Step 3

    Select SMOOTHIE, then press START/STOP. 

  • Step 4

    Pour into a glass and serve.
