Peanut Butter & Berry Protein Power Smoothie

This smoothie features peanut butter, milk, Greek yogurt, and oats for protein!  Using a non-dairy milk alternative is fine, although some are lower in protein than dairy milk.

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup skim milk, divided
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Wyman’s Frozen Triple Berry blend
  • ½ teaspoon honey

  • Step 1

    Install stacked blade in the 72-oz Power Pitcher.  

  • Step 2

    Pulse dry oats in the pitcher until finely ground (about 3 to 5 pulses). 

  • Step 3

    Add ½ cup milk, then add peanut butter, yogurt, berries, and honey. Pour remaining ¼ cup milk over all ingredients. Install the lid. 

  • Step 4

    Select SMOOTHIE, then press START/STOP. 

  • Step 5

    Pour into a glass and serve.
