A little hip hop, a little classic rock, your palate is like your playlist—it likes a little bit of everything. Our Summer Playlist sorbet features sweet, tangy, sour, and smooth, all in a delightfully pink package.

Tip: Use 2 tablespoons of honey in place of agave for an equally sweetened sorbet.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 3 bags raspberry hibiscus tea
  • 3 tablespoons raw agave nectar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries


  • Step 1

    Add the raspberry hibiscus tea bags and agave to 1 cup of hot water and steep for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    After the tea has steeped, add the raspberries and mash with a fork until combined.

  • Step 3

    Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 5

    Select SORBET.

  • Step 6

    When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.
