Barefoot in the grass is a walk through a lush, green lawn: fresh with dew, slightly earthy, and aromatic with a hint of lime.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 1/2 cup frozen lima beans, thawed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
  • 2 drops green food coloring
  • 2 graham crackers, broken (mix-in)

Utensils

  • Blender
  • Fine-Mesh Strainer
  • Step 1

    In a blender pitcher, add all ingredients except for the graham crackers. Blend on high until mixture is completely smooth, 60 seconds.

  • Step 2

    Pour base through a fine-mesh strainer into an empty CREAMi™ Pint.

  • Step 3

    Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove pint form freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install CreamerizerPaddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 5

    Select SORBET.

  • Step 6

    With a spoon, create a 1 1/2-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add graham crackers to the hole and process again using the MIX-IN program.

  • Step 7

    When processing is complete, remove sherbet from pint and serve immediately.
