Level 1 (Combi Cooker Pan)

  • 2 cups water, for steaming
  • 1 (40-ounce) family-size frozen prepared macaroni and cheese (plastic film on)

Level 2 (Bake Tray)

  • 1 (3-pound) rack of St. Louis Ribs, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • Step 1

Pour water into Combi Cooker Pan, then insert Crisping Tray into pan. Place frozen mac and cheese on Crisping Tray and slide the pan into the Level 1.

  • Step 2

Season ribs evenly on both sides with BBQ seasoning, then place ribs on the Bake Tray. Slide the tray into the Level 2.

  • Step 3

Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOK. Select COMBI MEALS set temperature to 315°F and set time to 45 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 10 minutes).

  • Step 4

When there are 5 minutes remaining on the countdown timer, open door and remove Bake Tray. Glaze both sides of ribs with BBQ sauce, then slide the tray back into the level 2. Close door to continue cooking.

  • Step 5

When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Allow ribs to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with macaroni and cheese.
