Ingredients

  • 1 cup water, for steaming
  • 1 package (12 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, defrosted, strained
  • 2 cans (14 ounces each) quartered artichoke hearts, strained
  • Pita chips or crackers (for dipping)

Method

  • Step 1

    Add 1 cup water to the pot.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and spices and combine until smooth. Add the spinach and artichoke hearts and stir until well combined. Transfer mixture to the Ninja Multi-Purpose Pan* (or 8” round baking pan).

  • Step 3

    Place the pan on the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot. Close the lid and move slider to STEAMCRISP.

  • Step 4

    Select STEAM & CRISP, set temperature to 350°F, and set time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PRE will display for approx. 6 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete and the dip is bubbling and browned, remove the rack with the pan. Serve warm with pita chips or crackers.
