Veggies and Lemon Garlic Whipped Feta Dip

Perfect for a quick and easy snack!

TIP: Foreven more flavor, drizzle 1 tablespoon of Basil Pesto on top of the dip just before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1lb  feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Vegetable crudités, for serving
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Method

  • Step 1

    Place the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, and black pepper into the blender pitcher in the order listed.

  • Step 2

    Select BLEND, then choose LOW. Blend for 1 minute or until the desired consistency is reached. 

  • Step 3

     Serve alongside a plate of cut fresh veggies: carrots, celery, and peppers. 

  • Step 4

    Stored in an airtight container, this keeps in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 days.
