- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, patted dry
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for serving

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ Premium 9” x 13” Baking Sheet with cooking spray, then place shrimp on baking sheet in an even layer.

In a small bowl, add the butter, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and mix until combined.

Evenly pour the butter mixture over the shrimp, and gently toss to combine with hands or silicone-topped tongs.

Transfer the shrimp to the oven, baking for 8 to 10 minutes, or until pink and gently firm.

When cooking is complete, immediately transfer shrimp to a plate or serving platter. Garnish with parsley as desired.
