  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • 6-8 heads baby bok choi, washed, halved lengthwise
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • Toasted sesame seeds, as garnish
  • Sliced green onions, as garnish

Utensils

  • Large Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Step 1

Install the Accessory Frame on the bottom level of the unit, then place the Pro-Heat Pan on top.

  • Step 2

Turn dial to select MAX ROAST, set temperature to 575°F, and set time to 13 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 20 minutes).

  • Step 3

In a large bowl, prepare the marinade by whisking together all ingredients except bok choi and garnishes. Transfer half of the marinade to a small bowl and set side. Place the bok choi in the large bowl and evenly cover in marinade. Dab bok choi onto a paper towel before loading onto pan.

  • Step 4

When unit is preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, remove the bok choi from the marinade and pat dry. Open door and place bok choi on the Pro-Heat Pan, cut side down. Close door and cook for 10 to 13 minutes depending on desired doneness.

  • Step 5

When cooking is complete, open door, and transfer bok choi to a serving plate. Drizzle with remaining marinade and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
