Step 1
Install the Accessory Frame on the bottom level of the unit, then place the Pro-Heat Pan on top.
Step 2
Turn dial to selectMAX ROAST, set temperature to 575°F, and set time to13 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 20 minutes).
Step 3
In a large bowl, prepare the marinade bywhisking together all ingredients except bok choi and garnishes. Transfer half of the marinade to a small bowl and set side. Place the bok choi in the large bowl and evenly cover in marinade.Dab bok choi onto a paper towel before loading onto pan.
Step 4
When unitis preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, remove the bok choi from the marinade and pat dry. Open door and place bok choi on the Pro-Heat Pan, cut side down. Close door and cook for 10 to 13 minutes depending on desired doneness.
Step 5
Whencooking is complete, open door, and transfer bok choi to a serving plate. Drizzle with remaining marinade and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
