Wild Blueberry Lemon Immunity Support Smoothie

This immunity supporting smoothie features lemon juice (for vitamin C), sunflower seeds (for vitamin E), and yogurt (for gut-healthy probiotics)

  • ½–¾ teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon (about 2 teaspoons zest, reserve a little for garnish, if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Wyman’s Frozen Wild Blueberries

  • Step 1

    Install stacked blade in the 72-oz Power Pitcher.  

  • Step 2

    Add ingredients to pitcher in the order listed, then install the lid.
