For Freezing

  • 1/2 cup powdered hot chocolate
  • 4 shots hot espresso (approximately ½ cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk

For Processing

  • Pour-in: whole milk

    Place the hot chocolate mix in an empty CREAMi® Deluxe Pint.

  • Step 2

    Pour the hot espresso into the Deluxe Pint and stir thoroughly until chocolate mix is dissolved.

  • Step 3

    Add the milk into Deluxe Pint up to the DRINKABLE FILL line.

  • Step 4

    Stir to combine mixture. Place storage lid on Deluxe Pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 5

    Remove Deluxe Pint from freezer and remove lid from Deluxe Pint. Add pour-in to the MAX FILL line. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 6

    Select FULL, then use the dial to select CREAMICCINO.

  • Step 7

    When processing is complete, transfer the frozen drink to a glass and serve immediately.
