Whip up this dreamy Salted Caramel Creamiccino for a decadent treat you can sip through a straw. It gets a double dose of caramel, with some going directly into the Creamiccino and a finishing drizzle on top with whipped cream. A sprinkle of dessert salt adds a nice touch and brings out the coffee and caramel flavors even more! You can make this with regular brewed coffee, or your favorite instant variety combined with enough warm water to create 1 3/4 cups.

TIP: Swap the half and half for an unsweetened dairy-free creamer.

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 3/4 cups (14 ounces) brewed warm black coffee

  • Pour-in: half and half

    Add the caramel sauce into an empty CREAMi Deluxe Pint.

  • Step 2

    Pour the coffee into the Deluxe Pint to the DRINKABLE FILL line.

  • Step 3

    Use a spoon to stir the mixture until the caramel sauce has completely dissolved into the coffee. Place storage lid on Deluxe Pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove Deluxe Pint from freezer and remove lid from Deluxe Pint.

  • Step 5

    Add pour-in to the MAX FILL line.

  • Step 6

    Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 7

    Select FULL, then use the dial to select CREAMICCINO.

  • Step 8

    When processing is complete, transfer the Creamiccino to a glass, top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and sprinkle of dessert salt. Serve immediately.
