Step 1
Place potatoes and water in the pot.
Step 2
Place the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the higher position, then place the rack in the pot. Place the steaks on the rack.
Step 3
Close the lid and move slider to PRESSURE. Make sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position.
Step 4
The temperature will default to HIGH, which is the correct setting. Select QUICK RELEASE. Set time to 5 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will build pressure for approx. 13 minutes before cooking begins).
Step 5
While the unit is pressure cooking, prepare the broccolini. In a large bowl, toss the broccolini, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Step 6
When cooking is complete, select KEEP WARM and quick release pressure by moving the pressure release valve to the VENT position. When steam is released, the display will read Opn. Move slider to AIR FRY/STOVETOP to unlock the lid and carefully open it.
Step 7
Carefully remove the rack with the steaks. Pat the steaks dry and evenly cover with 1 tablespoon butter each. Then generously season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Add 2 tablespoons butter, brown sugar, and salt to the potatoes. Using a silicone masher, mash the potatoes until fully incorporated.
Step 9
Place the prepared broccolini on top of the mashed potatoes. Place the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the higher position, then place the rack in the pot. Place the steaks on the rack.
Step 10
Close the lid, select BROIL, and set time to 8 minutes for medium steak or 12 minutes for well-done steak. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
Step 11
When cooking is complete, remove steaks from rack and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving with mashed sweet potatoes and broccolini.
