Step 1
Pour water into theCombiCooker Pan for steaming. Place the Crisper Tray on top of the Combi Cooker Pan and slide it into Level 1.
Step 2
Grease baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 3
Add eggs into a large mixing bowl. Add milk and whisk well. Add onions, tomato, peppers, jalapeño, ginger paste, garlic paste, ground cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, salt, pepper, and ¼ cup cilantro. Whisk together until well combined.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture in the greased baking pan. Line the tater tots on top in a single layer.Place the pan on the Crisper Tray.
Step 5
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOK. Select COMBI CRISP, set temperature to 350°F and set time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (unit will steam for 5-7 minutes).
Step 6
When 5 minutes remain,open the door and pull out the pan. Sprinkle the cheese on top then slide the pan back in. Close door.
Step 7
When cooking is complete, remove baking tray from unit. Garnish with remaining cilantro. Serve with sliced avocados and hot sauce or ketchup.
