- ⅓ cup Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- ½ cup lime juice
- Green food coloring (optional)
To Serve
- Lemon-lime soda, as desired
- 2 ounces vodka
- Whipped cream

Step 1
In a large bowl, add the pudding mix, milk, lime juice, and food coloring (if using), and using a whisk or rubber spatula, mix until well combined, about 60 seconds.

Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3
Remove CREAMi™ pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select SORBET.

Add the vodka to a tall cocktail glass. Scoop tablespoon size scoops into the glass, about ½ cup per serving. There will be leftover sorbet. Pour lemon-lime soda over the top as desired and finish with whipped topping. Serve immediately.
