Lemon Meringue Pie Milkshake
Sweet and tart, enjoy this pie flavored milkshake during those hot summer nights.
NOTE: If you would like your milkshake thinner, add 1-2 tablespoon of milk and select RE-SPIN. Process until desired texture is achieved. Mix-ins may sink to the bottom of thin milkshakes.

- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 4 tablespoons store bought lemon curd, divided
- 4 tablespoons marshmallow topping, divided
- 1/2 cup graham crackers, broken, divided

Step 1
Place ice cream in an empty CREAMi™ Pint.

Use a spoon to create a 1 ½-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add 2 tablespoons lemon curd, 2 tablespoons marshmallow topping, and ¼ cup graham crackers to the hole.

Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select MILKSHAKE.

When processing is complete, layer the remaining ingredients in a glass, then top with the milkshake and serve immediately.
