Level 1 (Combi Cooker Pan)
- 2 boxes (7.2-ounces each) rice pilaf
- 4 cups water
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Level 2 (Bake Tray)
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 2 fresh cod filets (8-ounces each)
- 12 frozen breaded fish sticks

Step 1
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the Combi Cooker Pan. Stir well to combine, then slide the pan into level 1.

Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, Italian seasoning, oil, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Stir well to combine. Press breadcrumb mixture on top of each fresh cod filet. Place on one side of the bake tray.

Step 3
Place frozen fish sticks on the other side of the Bake Tray into an even layer. Slide the tray into the level 2.

Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS set temperature to 380°F and set time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP and begin cooking (the unit will steam for 10 minutes).

Step 5
When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Fluff rice and serve with fish filets and fish sticks.
