Step 1
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the Combi CookerPan. Stir well to combine, then slide the pan into level 1.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cheese, Italian seasoning, oil, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Stir well to combine. Press breadcrumb mixture ontop of each fresh cod filet. Place on one side of the bake tray.
Step 3
Place frozen fish stickson the other side of the Bake Tray into an even layer. Slide the tray into the level 2.
Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. SelectCOMBI MEALS set temperature to 380°F and set time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP and begin cooking (the unit will steam for 10 minutes).
Step 5
When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Fluff rice and serve with fish filets and fish sticks.
