Grilled Pound Cake and Pineapple Towers
If you want to make a dessert that looks fancy but ultimately requires very minimal effort, this is for you. It comes together in just over 10 minutes, and it’s so effortless you could probably make it blindfolded. Though simple, it packs a flavorful punch of tropical island paradise dreams with a delicious combination of pineapple and coconut flavors that is reminiscent of apiña colada. It’s perfect for a summer cookout. —Caroline Schliep
