Grilled No Flip Salmon

This easy grilled salmon is such a great staple meal! In less than 30 minutes you can have a delicious and healthy protein to serve for dinner. Pair this with a side of grilled veggies and steamed brown rice for a full and well balanced meal.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 4-6 salmon fillets (4-6 ounces each), deboned, skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • kosher salt, as desired
  • ground black pepper, as desired
  • Step 1

    To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place, then close the hood.

  • Step 2

    Turn dial to GRILL, set temperature to HI, and set time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10-12 minutes). Depending on the size of the salmon and desired doneness, more or less time may be needed during the cooking cycle. Use the arrows to the right to add or reduce time as necessary.

  • Step 3

    While the unit is preheating, lightly rub the salmon with oil and season with the salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    When unit beeps to signify it is preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open the hood and place the salmon on the grill skin side up. Close the hood to being cooking.

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete, remove salmon from grill and serve.
