- 6 pieces (6 ounces each) skinless salmon
- 1 head broccoli, cut in 1/2–1-inch pieces
- 4 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- 1/4 cup teriyaki glaze
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired

Step 1
To install the grill grate, slide it into the front of the base so it hooks in, then press down on the back until it clicks into place. Select GRILL, set temperature to MAX, and set time to 15 minutes. Close the hood and press the dial to begin preheating (preheating will take approximately 5 minutes).

Step 2
Evenly coat broccoli on all sides with 2 tablespoons canola oil, salt, and pepper. Evenly coat the salmon fillets on all sides with the remaining canola oil, salt, and pepper.

When unit beeps to signal it has preheated, open hood and add broccoli to the grill. Close the hood to being cooking. Grill broccoli for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove from grill when finished cooking.

Step 4
Add salmon to grill. Close hood and cook for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, open hood, flip salmon, and add teriyaki glaze to each piece. Close hood and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.

When cooking is complete, open hood and remove salmon. Serve with broccoli.
