Cooking mode

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 8 ounce box pearled couscous
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 frozen cod fillets (6-8oz each)
  • 4 tablespoons melted salted butter, divided
  • 5 tablespoons Greek seasoning, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 plum tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 small zucchini cut in half, then quartered
  • 1 cup carrot chips
  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 lemons, cut in quarters
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground Black Pepper, as desired
  • Tzatziki, to serve

  • Step 1

    Install the Accessory Frame in the bottom level of the unit.

  • Step 2

    Turn dial to select SPECIALITY ROAST. Set STAGE 1 temperature to 550°F and set time to 15 minutes. Push the right dial to set STAGE 2, then set temperature to 350°F, and set time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10 minutes).

  • Step 3

    While oven is preheating, pour pearled couscous and water into the bottom of the Pro-Heat Pan and place the 4 cod filets on top evenly spaced out.

  • Step 4

    Coat each piece of cod with 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning.

  • Step 5

    In a large bowl toss together all vegetables with olive oil and remaining Greek seasoning and additional salt and pepper as desired.  

  • Step 6

    Pour vegetables onto the Pro-Heat Pan between the pieces of cod.

  • Step 7

    When unit is preheated and ADD FOOD and PRS STRT is displayed, open door and place the tray on the rack. Close door and press START/STOP to being cooking.

  • Step 8

    When cooking is complete remove Bake Tray from oven and serve food hot with tzatziki.
