Step 1
Install the Accessory Frame in the bottom level of the unit.
Step 2
Turn dial to selectSPECIALITY ROAST.Set STAGE 1 temperature to 550°Fand set time to 15 minutes. Push the right dial to set STAGE 2, then set temperature to 350°F, and set time to10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10 minutes).
Step 3
While oven is preheating, pour pearled couscous and water into the bottom of the Pro-Heat Pan and place the 4 cod filets on top evenly spaced out.
Step 4
Coat each piece of cod with 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning.
Step 5
In a large bowl toss together all vegetables with olive oil and remaining Greek seasoning and additional salt and pepper as desired.
Step 6
Pour vegetables onto the Pro-Heat Panbetween the pieces of cod.
Step 7
When unit is preheated and ADD FOOD and PRS STRT is displayed, open doorand place the tray on the rack. Close door and press START/STOP to being cooking.
Step 8
When cooking is complete remove Bake Tray from oven and serve food hot with tzatziki.
