Go-To WFH Sheet Pan Lunch
TIP: Use any veggie or protein you want for this meal – it’s my “go-to” because it’s super easy to throw whatever you have in the fridge into the Ninja Dual Heat Air Fry Oven and have lunch in 20–30 minutes!

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 (6 ounce) salmon fillet (6 ounces)
- 1 golden potato, cut in 1/2-inch wedges
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch sticks
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Red pepper flakes, as desired
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired

Step 1
Install SearPlate in the bottom level of the unit, then close the door. Select AIR ROAST, set temperature to 400°F, and set time to 20 minutes. Press the setting dial to begin preheating.

Step 2
When unit has preheated, open door, carefully remove the SearPlate with oven mitts, and place on top of oven. Place the salmon on the left side and the potatoes and zucchini on the right. Evenly coat the food with cooking spray, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Step 3
Reinstall the SearPlate in the bottom level of the unit and close the door to begin cooking.

When cooking is complete, remove the SearPlate and serve the salmon with vegetables.
