Garlic White Bean Dip
TIP: For a stronger garlic flavor, use 3 garlic cloves.

- 2 cans (15 ounces each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2–3 small cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus additional for serving
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, stems removed
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus additional, as desired
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, plus additional, as desired

Step 1
Install stacked blade in the 72-ounce Pitcher. Place all ingredients in the pitcher in the order listed, then install the lid.

Select MANUAL, turn dial to speed 8, press START/STOP, and blend for 60 seconds.

When blending is complete, remove the lid and stacked blade, then transfer dip to a serving bowl. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed and drizzle with olive oil if desired. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
