Easy S’mores Ice Cream
Tip: The degree of toasting the Marshmallows is up to you. The longer they spend in the broiler, the deeper and smokier the flavor.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 8 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup graham cracker, broken, for mix-in
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips, for mix-in
- Pinch of sea salt, topping

Step 1
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the marshmallows on the baking sheet, then place in the oven and broil until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the marshmallows from the oven and set aside to cool.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 20 seconds. Add the sugar, sea salt and with a whisk or rubber spatula, combine until the mixture looks like frosting, about 1 minute.

Slowly mix in the heavy cream and milk until fully combined and sugar is dissolved.

Once the marshmallows are cooled, add them to the base and mix to combine. Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install CREAMi Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select ICE CREAM.

With a spoon, create 1 ½-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add the graham cracker crumbs and dark chocolate chips into the hole and process again using the MIX-IN program.

When processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint, top with a pint of sea salt, and serve immediately.
