This delicious ice cream features DAVIDsTEA Piña Colada Matcha with flavors of bright pineapple and silky coconut cream on a grassy matcha base.

Cooking mode

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon OR 6 matcha spoons DAVIDsTEA Pina Colada matcha drink mix
  • 1¼ cups full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar or agave nectar

  • Medium Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, combine the water and matcha drink mix until a smooth paste is formed. Slowly add the coconut milk whisking until combined, then add the sugar or agave and mix until dissolved. 

  • Step 2

    Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours. 

  • Step 3

    Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 4

    Select ICE CREAM.

  • Step 5

    When processing is complete, serve ice cream immediately.
