Make this refreshing and delightful sorbet featuring DAVIDsTEA Sunny C Herbal Tea.

TIP: For a Lighter version of Sunny C Sorbet, swap the ½ cup sugar for ¼ cup of monk fruit sweetener and swap the 1 tablespoon of corn syrup for 1 tablespoon agave. Process on LIGHT ICE CREAM.

NOTE: If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 1 Perfect Spoon (2 1/2 teaspoons) DAVIDsTEA Sunny C Herbal Infusion
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon agave (or corn syrup)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • Fine-Mesh Strainer
  • Large Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Step 1

    Steep the tea in boiling water for 5 minutes then strain through a fine mesh strainer, reserving the tea.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, whisk together the tea, sugar, corn syrup, and lemon juice until fully combined (sugar should be dissolved).

  • Step 3

    Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 5

    Select SORBET.

  • Step 6

    When processing is complete, serve sorbet immediately.
