Cooking mode

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • ½ brick (4 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, divided
  • 1 premade puff pastry sheet (from a 17.3-ounce box), cut into 6 squares, defrosted
  • ½ cup canned cherry pie filling
  • ½ teaspoon water

  • Step 1

    Place all 6 pastry pieces on the Bake Tray.

  • Step 2

    In a small bowl, add cream cheese and ½ cup confectioners’ sugar and combine until smoothDivide the mixture and evenly spread mixture onto each of the 6 squares leaving a ¼-inch rim all the way around.

  • Step 3

    Spoon the cherry pie filling onto the cream cheese mixture, dividing evenly amongst the 6 pastry squares and spread leaving a ¼-inch rim. Slide the Bake Tray into Level 1.

  • Step 4

    Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to AirFry. Select BAKE/Roast, set temperature to 350°F, and set the time to 18 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.

  • Step 5

     When cooking is complete, remove tray from unit and allow pastries to cool on tray for 10 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Mix remaining confectioners’ sugar and water until smooth. If icing is too thick, mix in an additional ½ teaspoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached. Use a fork to drizzle icing over the pastries.
