Cheesy Ranch Pretzel Twists
These Cheesy Ranch Pretzel Twists are a great appetizer to serve up at your next party. They’re easy to make using store bought pizza dough, and they’re ready in less than 25 minutes! Dip them in your favorite dipping sauces such as marinara, ranch or queso.

- 1/4 cup water, for steaming
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 6 yellow cheddar cheese sticks, frozen
- 1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough, cut lengthwise in 6 thin strips
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- Pretzel salt, as desired

Step 1
Pour 1/4 cup water into the pot. Spray the Cook & Crisp Basket with cooking spray and place in the pot.

Wrap each frozen cheese stick with 1 strip of dough. Carefully seal the top and bottom with your fingers.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg with 1 teaspoon water. Brush the dough-wrapped cheese sticks with the egg wash, then sprinkle evenly with the ranch seasoning. Brush the dough-wrapped cheese sticks again with the egg wash, then sprinkle with the pretzel salt as desired.

Place two of the dough-wrapped cheese sticks in the basket spaced as far apart as possible so they do not touch.

Close the lid and move the slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & CRISP, set temperature to 375°F, and set time to 7 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx. 5 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).

When cooking is complete, remove the pretzel twists, set aside, and cover to keep warm. Repeat all steps with the remaining ingredients.
