Cheesy Crab Dip

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut in ½-inch pieces, softened
- 1 small shallot, peeled, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 2 scallions, greens and whites divided, sliced thin
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Tortilla chips, to serve

Step 1
Place all ingredients except mozzarella and tortilla chips in the 2.5-quart container and stir to combine.

Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until BAKE illuminates, set time for 25 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

Step 3
When 15 minutes remain on the timer, remove PowerPod and contents of container to ensure even cooking. Replace PowerPod and press START to resume cooking. Stir again halfway through cooking.

Step 4
When 3 minutes remain on the timer, remove PowerPod and stir mixture again. Top with shredded mozzarella. Replace PowerPod and press START to resume cooking.

Cooking is complete when cheese has melted and is beginning to turn golden brown. Add more time if needed. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
