  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 tub (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 small white onion, peeled, diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.1 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Step 1

    Reserving 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, combine all ingredients into Combi Cooker Pan, smoothing the top of the dip in one even layer.

  • Step 2

    Slide the Combi Cooker Pan into the Level 1. Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI CRISP, set the temperature to 350°F, and set the time to 8 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 4 minutes).

  • Step 3

    Once steaming is complete and the timer begins to count down, open the door, stir the dip and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup Parmesan cheese. Close the door and continue cooking.

  • Step 4

    When cooking is complete, remove the Combi Cooker Pan and allow dip to cool for 5 minutes. Serve with favorite chips or crackers.
