Caramel Apple Bread Pudding
Add this dish to your Fall recipe rotation! This Caramel Apple Bread Pudding has the classic caramel apple flavor. It’s loaded with tangy Granny Smith apples, pillowy brioche bread, and a decadent vanilla custard. The final drizzle of caramel and whip cream on top take this dish to another level!

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 8 cups brioche bread, cubed
- Whipped cream or ice cream, for serving
- Homemade or store bought caramel sauce, for serving

Step 1
Grease PossiblePan with butter and set aside.

In a medium bowl, toss to combine apples and lemon juice.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, vanilla extract, cinnamon, allspice, salt, sugar, and brown sugar. Add the brioche bread to the bowl and fold until bread is well coated. Then fold in the apples.

Transfer mixture into PossiblePan, including any remaining liquid, and spread into an even later. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, or up to 12 hours.

While chilling, preheat oven to 350˚F.

When ready to serve, remove the PossiblePan from the fridge, discard the plastic wrap, and bake until golden brown on top, about 25 to 30 minutes.

When cooking is complete, allow bread pudding to cool for 30 minutes before serving with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
