Step 1
Pour 1/2cup water into the CombiCooker Pan.Place Crisper Tray on top of water, and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl toss zucchini, peppers, and onion with 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Transfer to crisper tray and place into Level 1.
Step 3
In a separate bowl toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Transfer shrimp and sausage to the Bake Tray and set aside.
Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOK. Select COMBICRISP, set temperature to 390°F and set time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (unit will steam for 6 minutes).
Step 5
When 7 minutesremain on the time, open the door, toss the vegetables with a wooden spoon or silicon tipped tongs and slide back into the bottom level.Then add the Bake Tray to Level 2. Close door and continue to cook.
Step 6
When cooking is complete,remove Bake Tray and CombiCooker Pan, toss ingredients together and serve warm.
