Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1/2 cup water, for steaming
- 2 medium zucchinis, quartered lengthwise and cut into ½ inch pieces
- 2 bell peppers, seeded, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 small yellow onion, peeled, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound frozen jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 pound andouille sausage, cut into ½ inch pieces

Step 1
Pour 1/2 cup water into the Combi Cooker Pan. Place Crisper Tray on top of water, and set aside.

In a large bowl toss zucchini, peppers, and onion with 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Transfer to crisper tray and place into Level 1.

Step 3
In a separate bowl toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Transfer shrimp and sausage to the Bake Tray and set aside.

Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOK. Select COMBI CRISP, set temperature to 390°F and set time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (unit will steam for 6 minutes).

When 7 minutes remain on the time, open the door, toss the vegetables with a wooden spoon or silicon tipped tongs and slide back into the bottom level. Then add the Bake Tray to Level 2. Close door and continue to cook.

When cooking is complete, remove Bake Tray and Combi Cooker Pan, toss ingredients together and serve warm.
