Veggie Chili Mac with Ranchero Steak and Cornbread
TIP: For a more well done steak, increase cook time in Step 3 to 10 minutes and flip steak halfway through cooking.

Level 1 (Combi Cooker Pan)
- 2 boxes (5-ounce each) “Chili Mac” pasta + seasoning packet
- 5 1/2 cups water
- 2 cans (15.5 ounces each) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Level 2 (Bake Tray)
- 1 (16-ounce) ribeye steak
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
- Large piece of prepared cornbread (up to 5” x 5”)

Step 1
Place all Level 1 ingredients, except frozen vegetables, in the Combi Cooker Pan. Slide pan into the Level 1.

Step 2
Season steak evenly on both sides with steak seasoning. Transfer the steak to the Bake Tray and slide the tray into Level 2. Wrap cornbread in aluminum foil and set aside.

Step 3
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS set temperature to 450°F and set time to 7 minutes. Press START/STOP and begin cooking (the unit will steam for approx. 12 minutes).

When there are 2 minutes remaining on the countdown timer, open door, and place foiled cornbread next to steak on Bake Tray and stir frozen vegetables into chili mac. Close door to continue cooking.

When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Stir chili mac to combine, slice steak and serve with cornbread.
