- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, cold, cut into tablespoon sized pieces
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment and cooking spray.

Install the dough blade in the 72-ounce Power Pitcher. Place the dry ingredients and butter in the pitcher. Install the lid, then select DOUGH and press START/STOP.

Next, in a small bowl, whisk the buttermilk and the eggs until combined.

Once the DOUGH program is complete, add the buttermilk mixture and PULSE until the dough comes together.

Turn the dough out onto a floured table and form to an 8” X 5” rectangle about 1” thick. Next, cut into 6 even squares.

Place on the baking sheets and bake until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
