Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower

Cooking mode

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 6 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon Buffalo ranch seasoning

  • Step 1

    Add Crisper Tray to the Combi Cooker Pan and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Close the door of the unit and flip the SmartSwitch to AIRFRY/STOVETOP. Select AirFry, set temperature to 425°F, and set time to 14 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (unit will need to preheat for 5 minutes, so set an external timer if desired).

  • Step 3

    While the unit is preheating, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.

  • Step 4

    When the unit timer reads 14 minutes, slide the Combi Cooker Pan to Level 1 and close the door.

  • Step 5

    When 7 minutes remain on the time, open the door and using an oven mitt, remove the pan and toss the cauliflower in the pan a few times by tossing the pan a few times up and down and side to side.

  • Step 6

    Slide the pan back to Level 1, close the door and continue cooking.

  • Step 7

    When cooking is complete, remove pan from unit. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
